  1. thanks TO (btw i love your city...just not the team)... sometimes there's lots of negative energy here...and also a lot of kool-aid drinkers. Bottom line...we are in a dogfight.. so is every other team.

  2. I think the series is going pretty much as predicted ...Really we need to accept that this is our team - warts and all.. so far our boys have done well. The rangers are well coached and no push-overs. I find this is like a chess match between CJ and AV. Both coaches are making adjustments/moves on the fly and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Looks like this series is going 7 games. Playoff Negatives so far. 1) Beaulieu doesn't look like he will be around next year. He certainly is playing his way off this team. 2) MAX is playing hurt...but there is no way CJ can move him off the top line 3) Shaw seems to have disappeared 4) Nesty should never see ice-time again Playoff Positives 1) The Price is right 2) Weber is a beast 3) Gally and Arturi are playing solid hockey.. AND Plex is actually contributing (i mean... this is the playoff and he's not invisible !!!l That has to be a positive) 4) Danault (while NOT A #1C) is worth his weight in gold (remember he is being ASKED to play on top line...). I think he doesn't get the credit he deserves...not to long ago we used to have DD as our #!C) 5) Radulov is playing like wants to stay here...which may be the best "positive" of all...

  3. Man, the refs really let the boys play hockey tonight. The amount of blatant non-calls was hilarious And I agree with most, not only does Dwight King look like he is skating on molasses, he looks like he ate all the molasses.

  4. i think it happened in the 1st period of the first game...he took a couple of back to back hits...hasn't been the same since. I'm sure that was part of the Rangers game plan, Hurt Pax AND get in Price's face.

  5. I agree.. That second period was third degree.. but they were a lot better in the third. I'm not too worried.

  7. Only a matter of time until King scores a big goal for us. It might just come in Round 4

  8. If he's been eating with King, it's probably (a whole) turkey dinner.

  9. Hahahahhaha love ya Trizzzz Didnt even see the goal. Was in the kitchen making pizzas and I came out and saw we had scored. Asked a bitter rangers fan who put it in and he says Mitchell... Then i showed him my post. And your response. Life is is great right now!

  12. Not sure sums it up, but is just an opinion (which like a-holes, everyone has one) and mine is that he has been fine and playing his role. It wasn't due to him that Habs failed to get 25 shots on net, he actually was a +1 yesterday. The defense only had 4 shots the whole game (and were primary cause of both goals against, unless blame Price some for two 5-hole goals), not good!

  13. We need the captain now. Lucky it's 2-1. Maybe Max to the 4th line. Rangers are an awesome road team so they better not lose tonite.

  14. If I were CJ and looking to shorten my bench, I'd start with King and Pacioretty. Max I'd give another chance to pick it up after a few missed shifts to think about things...but King I'd not let see another shift in these playoffs. Just too damn slow. EDIT: I'm glad the panel is calling Captain Lazy out.

  15. That half-hearted hit on the forecheck Max thew made me wanna puke. God he's a lethargic pussy. How can he watch Radulov work so hard and not be too embarassed to mail it in the way he has been?!

  17. How does everyone figure Pacs is hurt? This is how he plays when the going gets tough, At least they got rid of the "No excuses" sign They need players to step up offensively, end of story

  18. Come on! If it wasn't McDonagh on the point, Pacioretty likely headed in on a breakaway (by the way, McDonagh is a pretty good and smart d-man). And wasn't Petry supposed to cover Nash, not Pacioretty?

  19. It must feel like a dumb broad defending an abusive boyfriend at this point. He's a vet now. Doesn't get it done in the playoffs*. Simple as that. It's not personal, or an indictment of his character, but the playoffs aren't his style of game. There are no dead zones for him. Edit: Or for his country, per avatar

  20. Great play to end the game by Max. Gets the puck with 5 seconds left and loses the puck. They've got to get rid of him in the offseason.
