Samsonov looks horrible on the ice this season, and how can you blame his linemates? The Samsonov i remember that played with Boston awhile ago was a high speed dynamic at times player who'd score some highlight reel goals and help create offense for his linemates!.....Sure he's on a line with Kovalev who loves to hang onto the puck himself maybe sometimes too much, but where does Samsonov be? Kovy could put the puck on his stick every single time if he was in the right spot, and then when he does pass it to Sammy he must be thinkin why the hell did i give him the puck, he flicks it at the goalie far worst then a pee wee player would.....He's suppose to be a speedster in this new NHL, but wheres the Speed? I dont see half the speed that he's shown in the past! IMO when he's trying to skate up the ice it looks like he's killing himself like someone who's not in shape!...This guy really has to turn it around and prove us all wrong, and i hope he does, He definitely Could be a great player for us...... Why is Higgins always listed as a rookie, in the points by rookie section....and now Ovechkin? Should be Gui....

how about a line of latendresse Johnson and Plekanec......I think this kids play has to make Perezhogin worried he might lose his spot.... Rivet = Solid......Very reliable on most nights, and would do anything for the team..We definitely need this guy in the lineup.... Too bad we couldnt have 3 of him, along with 2 Markovs and a Komisarek!! haha....Our D would be set!... Go Habs Go :hlogo:

I hope he does make it!....Maybe he's just one of those guys who are actually ready to make the jump and it would be much more beneficial to his career by playing on the big team right now!....Not saying he's going to be as good but look at the way Bergeron ( a few years ago ), and Bernier last season on San Jose, jumped into the league with their respective teams. I mean the least they can do is give him a chance, and hopefully within the first couple of games he scores a few goals, his confidence sky rockets, and he breaks out to have a good year!...Who knows.. I couldnt believe this one when i saw it on Sportscenter!.........I just had to watch it about 10 times just then, its amazing!........I have to agree tho, the move that Robbie Schremp made but missed was absolutley crazy!...If hed have scored, even tho it was in training camp, it may haave been the best of all time!..

I think as Habs Fans we should be all mostly concerned with Koivu, hoping he can pass all the tests of training camp and the pre-season!.....
