From what i have heard and read, Chip remains with the big club until we have our 13 skaters in the 4 lines ready. We dont know the state of Laraque yet. But it's only a matter of time i guess. I still like Chip personally i think he makes better plays than Lapierre, he definitely plays smarter than Lapierre in my mind. Partisan

well this was definitely CH plan C line up...however in the lost, we did see a few interesting and ceratinly see that some of the recruits need some more time in AHL club. I did like pacioretty again.

I kinda agree this lineup looks very weak. I especially think the defense is really problematic, especially since there isnt many as offensive potential as yesterday's team. oh well it's a good test to see what the potential call up during the year will do. I'm pretty sure Ottawa will take it up a notch from last night...probably introducing more veterans into their line up.

I dont know Robert Lang that much ( name and stats okay) but could this big guy be used sometimes in front of the net on PP for example maybe on a 2nd unit?

Is it just me or....Smolinski smells like retirement... Seriously, i really try to find him positive stuff for him. But i cant sustain myself whenever he plays. He produces jack ass...makes a ton of rookie mistakes although he's a veteran, doesnt seems like he supports his linemates a lot in brawls...usually skates away. I think i can't count on my fingers and toes the number of times he deceived me. I wasnt expecting ANYTHING out of that player...but seriously he's so subpar to a NHLER...without his veteran status he would of getting so much more press box... Please make Bégin healthy or call back Chipchura.....

as much as i critique Latendresse game, he's 20 and he does play good in 3-4 games along Chipchura. Seriously i see these two staying together for future years to come.
