The other issue is that the two best centers on this team are playing on the same line. Id rather see another big talented winger come here and puts the kids at center.

I saw Patches strong agaisnt the boards and driving to the net with a dman on him a few times. Briere is so soft and his giveaways are horrible. Deharnais looks like a three legged donkey on skates.... Even when he tries to use his "speed" he is always in the wrong spot.

Patches season will be a disaster on that line. Id rather see him play with Prust.

DD and DB are gonna put an end to any season Patches was thinking of having.

This is Montreal and as Price said "they don't hang conference champion banners in ths building." Nobody ever talks about individual trophies in this franchise. If they do its when theyre raising a number to the rafters and it comes from the PA after saying how many Stanley Cups the player won. Thats what makes us different and why the only trophy that matters is the big shiny silver one. Besides where would he put them all? When he wins the Cup all the others will wind up in his moms basement or in a shoe box.
