  1. BergevinBot? I was responding to MoLGs' rock band analogy. WTF does pointing out that Habs finshed top ten 3 of last 4 years has you all bothered anyways? Was a pretty harmless post I thought.
  2. At the time, I thought was a moderate risk signing him even before his knee was 100%, but hoped he was still gonna be that physical top 4 guy. In hindsight it would be nice to knock off some of his salary; but when he plays vs the Bruins he seems to earn his $, but his puck skills just arnt NHL calibre and I get darn nervous every time anyone passes him the puck.
  3. Yes and without knowing many actual facts about moves or deals he tried to make in past 4 years that never panned out, got few complaints. Didn't like Briere signing, but that is only one I can think of I never liked.
  4. And he didn't say he was? Would Rob Blake be better comparable maybe?
  5. Lefebvre's Losers, guaranteed year end April Golf Tourny every year.
  6. Habs finished 4th in NHL in 12-13 as well as 14-15 and 9th in 13-14, so franchise isnt quite washed up like Rolling Stones are.
  7. Is that news? After a 22nd place finish, which GM wouldn't be?
  8. Nice options to have, seems they should do great together.
  9. Was funny result when in 'a' poll, McCarron was the #1 youngster predicted to crack opening day roster, but not many here slot him in. And Lehkonen seems a bit overlooked here also. But, are so many battling for spots maybe both with be in St. Johns to start the season at least?
  10. Yup, good to see for sure. Pacioretty really upped his game around the same age (2011-12 with 33g season) once took training more seriously.
  11. Cherry picked couple things from http://www.hockeybuzz.com/blog/Jennifer-B-Cutler/Habs-Summer-Poll-Results-Are-In/220/78417 77% think team is better now 86% think Montoya will be back-up 56% think Therrien is fired before end of year. 73% think Muller is set to be the next head-coach
  12. Many seem to be projecting him as having a 2nd pairing 'ceiling'. Which seems a good guesstimate. Hope he can crack the final World Junior roster (I think are 6 RH d-men at camp, with a couple younger than Juulsen. We will see how much and well he plays next week for starters.
  13. I agree, but many seem they would prefer chewing broken glass than admitting he is elite. But, as I have said before, his low risk play, big shot, heavy bodychecks should have many rethinking turning in HabFan clubcard and cheering for the Leafs or some other franchise. (Who knows, maybe he will be a Hab for 10 years and go into Hall of Fame as a Hab?)
  14. That's all ya got? Weak and beat to death already, seems more hyperbolic than anything...Hey, wasn't it you who whined about hyperbolic posts?
  15. No, they say they don't pay attention to fans/media comments. But they cant avoid hearing or reading it.
  16. Easy enough to see McCarron and Rose in St. Johns. And Matteau should not even be in any picture, he skates poorly and not a big shooter neither.
  17. I would flip Carr and Andrighetto, but rest agree.
  18. 2016 draftday trade rumour; http://my.hockeybuzz.com/blog.php?post_id=17544&user_id=241940
  19. Good one. How much is leadership worth? Safe to say that switching Subban and Weber is likely to help the leadership group of Price-Plekanec-Pacioretty-Markov-Gallagher (Shaw also should help).
