  1. Lawson sucked in Hamilton most nights it looked like he didn't want to be there. As for Clem he had nothing to work with in Hamilton all the good players were in Montreal filling in for the injured. As for Mayer if he had a goalie coach in Hamilton things might be different.(they just hired 1 for this year)
  2. Myers scratched for poor play lately. Wish Miller was playing instead of Enroth he's been terrible lately.
  3. Leblanc had a great game with 2 goals hopefully he can build on this, we need some goal scoring.
  4. Engqvist was an announced scratch and Conboy wasn’t it took around 3 minutes of playing time for the officials to figure it out. After that Engqvist left the game after he had already played at least one shift. As for Mayer he did a great job stopping 33 of 36 shots.
  5. I just love his style makes a dull game exciting.
  6. I think Martin's next if they don't win 2 of the next 3.
  7. This guy couldn't even make it to the Stanley Cup finals with the Ottawa Senators. With the talent they had back then they should have won at least 1 if not 2 cups. If he what just leave the line combinations alone and let the guys play the goals will come. Kirk Muller would be a great choice.
  8. I think it's a good pick-up for the Dogs with Nash down for maybe the whole season and Carle gone he will help fill the void.
  9. I would do the Semin trade minus Palushaj I think this kid will become a great player some day. When the doors open at the Bulldogs games you will see Palushaj on the ice by himself dressed in shorts a t-shirt and running shoes shooting pucks into the empty net from all angles, this kid is dedicated always one of last players to leave the ice during warm ups. The Canadiens made a big mistake letting Dawes and Boyd escape to the KHL along with Palushaj they made a great trio that could have stepped up and became our 3rd or 4th line in Montreal.
  10. Hate to see Russell go he went out and did his job and didn't get the credit he deserved he will be missed. Blunden on the other hand brings some much needed size at 6'4' and 210 lbs. and averages .5 points a game and 20 of his 52 AHL goals have come on the power play, could be an interesting pick-up.
  11. The AHL did this to cut down on travel and save money. No more long trips out west for the Bulldogs to play Abbotsford and Manitoba.
