Perhaps this horrid play will encourage Gainey to make wholesale changes in the offseason rather than sit on the same basic team that goes nowhere year after year. We have good young players now we need to compliment them with appropriate leadership and veteran talent to teach them how to win. And this team needs as much improvement on D as it does up front.
