Excellent job as usual, Spider-Man NL :)

If i may make one suggestion for game threads, the stats like the ones you just pasted, i noticed you took a screen shot of stats from another web site and pasted it here, which is cool, but save the file as a .PNG next time, it will prevent lousy jpg compression and annoying artifacts while lowering file size.

Win-win :)

Wow, what an important game. Only 6 points separating the 2 teams. Man every game is gonna be important for the rest of the year.....and here I thought this would finally be a year where we would wrap up a spot early and I could relax!!!

The Pens are one of the hottest teams around, and this will be a big test of where we are...especially on the road

GO :hlogo: GO!

Dear Hockey Gods, I would like all of the following to happen

Guillaume Latendresse lays Sidney Crosby out at center ice.....

Francis Boullion drills that old dinosaur Mark Recchi

Alex Kovalev scores a Hat Trick

Sergei Samsonov gets 1 goal and 2 assists

And Abby gets a s/o

Amen.

Go Habs!

Recchi was great for us back in the day. I bear him no grudges.

Who scores for the CH? I say Plecks, Guillaume and Ryder. Somehow feel Higgins will have a good game, and Markov will have at least a point.

But I'm sober so probably nothing like this will happen.

Ouch, the Pens have had a rough year! :P

Seriously, great work as usual, Spidey.

I hope the Habs march these Penguins back to their dressing rooms in shame! GO HABS GO!!!

Therrien wil do everything to oppose Crosby line to Koivu line.

It'S time to for this line to show what theyre made off because it seems that all opposition is now plan to play their best line against Koivu line.

So if it's really a first line it should not be our weak spot they have to worked it off or get seperated with both Kovy and Latendresse on the first line with Koivu.

Plek, Higgins and Perezhoghin seem to be like a decent second line.

Where's Ryder you say ?? Up there on the gallery press. He'S my favorite player but he needs to be awakenen remembering him that what he has at this moment he got it from hard work, great positionning near the crease and shotting with instinct not aiming.

the habs fan in me wants montreal to win but the hockey fan in me wants a malkin-crosby show.

how about those two score 5 goals in a 6-5 SO loss??!!

I'm just wondering which team will show up tonight. Pittsburgh can fly and if the Habs aren't skating they'll get blown out. Over the next 3 weeks we'll all know if the Habs are buyers or sellers, i beleive it's something like 10 games in 21 days. Let's hope they are back.

I couldn't find the post regarding the 2nd line so i thought i would throw out a few ereally bad stats, in this comparison to the first line i took Lats out because he has played on both, Samsonov and Higgins missed close to the same amount of time on there respective lines. Obviously for different reasons.

First line: Goals 45 Assists 54 and MINUS 33. Ouch they need to get it in gear. The first line are the players who need a thread about waking up.

Second line: Goals 29 Assists 50 minus 4.

As the earlier poster stated, the first line may need to be broken up. I haven't looked up the other teams but i would bet they are in the bottom 5 as far as top lines go. Especially plus minus.
