Is Carbo a good coach?

Recommended Posts

It's called sending a message. There are plenty of people on this team who need a benching. Koivu (yep, i said it) Ryder, Higgins Kovalev and all the D. They are just pathetic.

Kovalev playing fine? 13 goals at 4.5 million. That isn't good. Atleast he is playing better then Koivu. minus 16 this year.

His messages to Perez, Samsonov, Rivet, Ryder have sure paid off this year havent they?

Sending a message? Like those grown men would be scared  Kovalev is your best forward so you ######in play him no matter what.

You dont go around ######in with his head because if you piss him off, might as well trade him because it would be over.

Carbo is a rookie coach and makes all the rookie mistakes. Actually he's a terrible coach. Unfortunately a good player doesn't automatically make a good coach. Carbo couldn't even hold or wipe Julien's clipboard. how long before New Jersey takes over top spot? When do they meet again ...then the score will be Julien 4 - Habs 0?

So if Julien is such a god, why couldn't he get the Habs going last year? Now he has a top team in the league. Therrien was at fault and now he has the hottest team in the league. Vigneault was a bum but now he has turned the Canucks into a strong consistent team.

Wake up buddy! It's the players. Carbo does some weird things, but the last four coaches have all tried to energize the habs. When the habs slump it's ugly, but as Kozed said, it's the leaders and role players that are failing, not Carbo.

They have to work hard, they have to play disciplined, and they have to play the system that the entire coaching staff has bought into. (Including Gainey) The Devils are so good for 3 reasons. Brodeur, Brodeur, and they all play the same system.

They are stingy, disciplined, and opportunistic when the other team makes a mistake out of frustration. The Devils have played this way for 15 years. Julien is a good coach, but in the end it's up to the team to perform. Not the coach.

the score won't be julien 4 - canadiens 0...

it'll be brodeur 4 - canadiens 0 if new jersey wins...

crud, look at the guy's overall record... he's a virtual wall and he LOVES to play against the canadiens...

his team wins 1 - 0, 2 - 1, etc games...

why? because of him...

GO :hlogo: GO!
