GoHabs2002
http://www.whittierdailynews.com/Stories/0...1404060,00.html Apparently, the team had someone measure the sticks during the intermissions and before the games at the Forum. That is why they knew McSorely's blade was illegal, according to what someone told Luc Robitaille. It;'s nice to see this thing becoming another Stanley Cup legend. Habby1197
It's called home Ice Advantage... They won the series 4-1... Roy wasn't losing that series even if they went back to LA down 2-0.
KoZed_old
I dont know why some medias bring this up and make it look like its some "revelations". Its very old news. After the Kings' practice, McSorley forgot his stick on the bench. The Habs stepped on the ice and practiced too. That's when Carbonneau noticed the stick and had the trainer mesure it. Watch the game (I have it on tape). By the end of the 3rd period, its actually Carbonneau that tells Demers to call for a mesurement.
