I agree Tony. They've kept the same basic design for a century. There's no reason why they'd change it now.

Like the saying goes: if it ain't broken... ;)

As long as they don't change the size of the nets, I'll still keep watching.

Mind you, I'll be pretty pissed off if the Habs' jersey gets a significant change.

Do you remember what the All-Star jerseys were like? The new jerseys will be exactly like that - no changes.

Mark my words and mark them well: the Habs jerseys will simply be the old design on the new fabric and size.

You're right.

The NHL told RBK to leave the original 6 as is.

Boston slightly amended their B. Very subtle change.

I guess I should have been more specific.

There is some areas in which the team can tweak the current designs. Boston put more emphasis on the "B" and kind of made the logo in bold print with more pronounced outlines.

I have no idea what the habs agreed to, it could be a big bleu, blanc et rouge Youppi.

Who knows?

Am I the only one not seeing the difference in the Bruins logo?

No,

It does look the same until you put an older one next to it.

basically they made the logo bold that's about it.

They added a little extra at the top and bottom of the B... it used to be a straight line back, now it has defined edges. Very subtle change. Look at the link and you'll see the breakdown vs the old designs.
