The play wasn't nearly as lopsided as the shot totals seem to indicate but they definitely didn't play very well. Observations: -Price has played great, the analysis on TSN is bang on (man did I just write that??) when they talk about his ability to control rebounds and direct them to the corners. He really just looks so comfortable out there -I can't fathom why Latendresse is playing with Plekanec and Kovalev, I understand wanting to give the guy a chance but he's not fast enough to play with them. Id love to see them go all out and stick Grabovski on that line on the wing tonight. -Am I the only one that likes the idea of lats/smoke/dandy and Grabs/Pleks/Kovy better than the current lines? -Love the 4th line play, as far as Im concerned keep those three guys where they are for as long as possible, they really are playing well together -Ryder also seems to be struggling, maybe a shakeup next game with Ryder dropping down a line, bench Latendresse and putting kostitsyn back in would be best Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

No forecheck, both Plek and especilally Kovy are strong tonight but the kid is dragging them down. I hope Lats at least shoot twice until the end of the game, is that dreaming??
