Pierre the Great
And she still believes Terrorists came from Canada after being trained how to crash planes in Florida. She also has forgot how she and Bill screwed many Americans with their past scandals. And her attacks on Obama are true blue Republican style when they want to deflect the truth. I really hope Americans will sway from ever placing a Bush or Clinton in office ever again. That is true torture! Our torture is Happy Harper and his band of misfits and Dysfunctional Dion and the mighty FIBerals. Yeah and she hasn't quit today, now making more crap up, she's attacking him on health care while dodging the fact that the "debate" is on NAFTA. If Ms. Clinton thinks that she deserves credit for everything Billy Bob did, then NAFTA is her "accomplishment" as well. I don't know how she can back down from this since she was apparently "co-president" (yet I remember somebody named Al Gore going on tv everywhere debating people on why NAFTA was needed, hmm where was Hill?) She's even gone so far praising NAFTA in her book. So, she has no ground to which to stand. MSNBC's first read: OHIO: The Columbus Dispatch examines the battle over NAFTA. “Trade and the debate over NAFTA has emerged as a major issue in the Buckeye State's March 4 Democratic primary, which could help decide the presidential nomination. Ohio has lost 257,600 manufacturing jobs since the beginning of 2000, a quarter of all the state's manufacturing jobs.” "One day after Clinton angrily accused him of distorting her record on NAFTA in mass mailings, the Illinois senator was eager to rekindle the long-distance debate, citing passages from the former first lady's book as well as her own words.” Edited February 25, 2008 by Pierre the Great
Athlétique.Canadien
CNN projects McCain as the winner. Things looking bad for Clinton. Voting trends are going towards Obama. Hillay needs a slam dunk miracle if you ask me. I'm not going to call it but geez. Obama? What is stopping him now. Hillary is in big trouble. Delegates dropping. Pierre the Great
Pierre's predictions Obama takes Texas Clinton takes Ohio (barely) Clinton takes Rhode Island Obama takes Vermont Clinton will start hearing calls for quitting because she only has one state left (Pennsylvania). Clinton's got to go or she's going to split the party in part.
Athlétique.Canadien
Pierre's predictions Obama takes Texas That's tricky but I think you may be correct. What I was saying earlier is how the voting trend can tell a pattern. There's many different demographics in Texas. Hillary could get Texas but the early results regardless of demographics are telling. He's pushing her right now when she should be surging. Still early. This is a (hockey term - Sorry Lounge rules ) barn burner

Fanpuck33
Clinton's got to go or she's going to split the party in part. They are both polarizing candidates, which is why I think it will be difficult for either to win an election. I think McCain will have a good chance of winning the Presidency. Conservatives aren't crazy about him, but they will obviously take him over Clinton or Obama. Liberals will have been divided after the primaries determine the winner, and I think many would be willing to vote for McCain, since he is somewhat liberal for a Republican. I don't agree with McCain on a number of things, but I think he is best for the country. I think he is the only candidate who has a shot at bringing both sides of the spectrum together so that we can see true compromise, instead of two parties who are more worried about working against each other than they are about the issues themselves. Clinton can't go negiative because Obama is the future of the party. As a republican analyst said on CNN "it would be like killing Santa Claus on Christmas Day in front of the children." Pierre the Great
That's too bad. I'd rather have Obama versus McCain. I personally find Hillary is too much of a monotone robot. everyone does. She's also hated by 50% of the country. Best ticket would be Obama-Hillary because that guarantees Obama's survival from assassination for 8 years. I'm not making this up, they're were talking about it on the radio when I was driving to Seattle recently. For an hour they came up with the idea that if Hillary was VP, Obama wouldn't get shot because nobody likes Hillary. They used an example of Bush and Cheney. Impeach/remove Bush, you get somebody worse in Cheney.

Pierre the Great
not joking at all. First it was that noble peace prize winner saying Obama would be shot and then on the late night progressive talk stations (which I've always liked more so then right wing stuff, not because its left wing, but because it's issue oriented and not entertainment driven- the successful ones are at least). (Ed Schultz show comes to mind) anyway yeah pretty much everyone in Washington is scared that Obama is going to get assassinated because the Secret Service Agents might not take a built for a black man and let their guard down. (enter conspiracy about past shot presidents and the secret service mutiny). Then they came to the conclusion of who's the most hated person in the united states (non celebrity which takes out tom cruise, paris hilton, lindsay lohan, striesand, spears etc) besides George Bush, Cheney and Pat Robertson? Well, Hillary Clinton. So it would be logical to have her as VP as a deterrent for any right wing militia man or redneck loser to get out his rifle and take Obama out. When the 4th most hated in the U.S. would become Prez? somehow the insane idea had some credibility behind it, because the big joke is why impeach Bush when we'd get somebody 50x worse in Cheney? lol

Pierre the Great
well, McCain is now leading in the polls. prepare for the end of times because this guy is a nut case. from his own website: John McCain strongly supports the development and deployment of theater and national missile defenses. Effective missile defenses are critical to protect America from rogue regimes like North Korea that possess the capability to target America with intercontinental ballistic missiles, from outlaw states like Iran that threaten American forces and American allies with ballistic missiles, and to hedge against potential threats from possible strategic competitors like Russia and China. Effective missile defenses are also necessary to allow American military forces to operate overseas without being deterred by the threat of missile attack from a regional adversary. The global war on terrorism, wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, threats from rogue states like Iran and North Korea, and the rise of potential strategic competitors like China and Russia mean that America requires a larger and more capable military to protect our country's vital interests and deter challenges to our security. America confronts a range of serious security challenges: Protecting our homeland in an age of global terrorism and Islamist extremism; working with friends and partners overseas, from Africa to Southeast Asia, to help them combat terrorism and violent insurgencies in their own countries; defending against missile and nuclear attack; maintaining the credibility of our defense commitments to our allies; and waging difficult counterinsurgency campaigns in Afghanistan and Iraq. Look out world world war III. He thinks of Russia as the KGB Already wants to prepare the military to be able to fight China and Russia. Hello people. You want to get flattened by the Chinese? Go right on ahead. If McCain is this insane, America won't exist if he goes to war with China and Russia.
Pierre the Great
If Clinton scams her way into the nomination I'm not voting. Green Party never gets on the ballot in Missouri, Nader won't, I live where right wingers are the norm. So I'll be voting Libertarian most likely. My sad and pathetic district looks like this in voting terms Dem Rep Lib Constitution aka the fascist party There's no reason why the Greens aren't on Missouri's ballot, this boogles my mind. Then again the Greens weren't on the ballot in '04 in New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont (which is hysterical considering they have a socialist senator), Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming, Kentucky, Kansas, Illinois (yet for gov. in '06 their candidate got 10% of the vote), Idaho, Georgia, Arizona, Alabama. Liberatarians in '04 where everywhere but New Hampshire and Oklahoma
Pierre the Great
wow this reminds me of battles of the labour party in the 80s this is my federal district, like i said earlier right wing heaven. http://www.stltoday.com/blogzone/political...ict-convention/ Ron Paul's folks are taking over the district. If some democratic voters realized what was going on, (democrats will never win this district) switched to the libertarian candidate against Akin, you'll see a Libertarian in Congress.
