puck7x
Well the teams have been decided, time to predict the World Series... I'll say St Louis in

Fanpuck33_
Sox in 6. Pitching wins championships, not offense.
dlbalr
I have to agree with Fanpuck, the pitching will be the difference. Both teams can hit, but the Sox have the better pitching, and the healthier ones as well. Cards are without Carpenter and Kline, and Tavarez is pitching hurt. Here's the first 4 matchups: Game 1: Williams vs Wakefield Game 2: Morris vs Schilling Game 3: Suppan vs Martinez Game 4: Marquis vs Lowe Boston has home field advantage, despite St. Louis having the best record, see how the All-Star game actually means something? I hate to predict the same thing as the person before me, but I see Boston in 6, but I hope it goes 7.
Quebecois
Cards in 7. The Curse lives on. I am rooting for either a Sox win, or a Sox collapse in game 7.
Psycing
I call St. Louis in 6 games. (A part of me wants the sox to finally do it but... hey they beat the yanks so... they already won... hehe)
Quebecois
Hard to believe the Sox actually did it, but i guess you gotta believe it now. The Cards really never showed up, and they needed to be at their best to beat the Sox, who had a ton of momentum in their favour. Pedro had some really nice things to say about Montreal after the celebration, about how he would like to share this with the people of Montreal who have lost their team. http://www.tsn.ca/mlb/news_story.asp?id=102965
