lazy26
That'd be cool. What's the capacity at the O?
MAK
That'd be cool. What's the capacity at the O? bout 55 000 but I guess you can always add seats as the rink is smaller than the ball field this smells cash grab disguised in yet another 100 year celebration... yet I'll try to get my ticket. Capacity at the Big O is way more than 55,000. It's more like 68,000. With a hockey rink, it can be over 70,000.

Habsfan
me too. Provence seems to be a nice region....in France !! I don't think you really wan t to come in Montreal in November !! the most I heard was around 62000 I know that Wikipedia isn't the greatest source of all, but give me a minute, I'll find more "credible" numbers! The organizers of the 96th Grey Cup hoped to break the 70,000 attendance mark. The current record for highest attendance was set at the 1977 Grey Cup, also at the Big O in Montreal (68,318). The attendance was reported at 66,308 during the TSN broadcast of the game. In so doing, the 2008 game displaced the 2001 Grey Cup, for second-best attendance (65,255 in 2001, also played in Montreal). Here are the numbers! http://www.geocities.com/cflhistory/Record...ncerecords.html the 6 highest crowds ever in CFl history were all at the Big O. From 65,113 to 69,093...and that's with a Football field. With a hockey rink, they could easily stuff an extra 2 to 3 thousand people in the Big O.
