brobin
He doesn't look out of place at all to me... He's been playing well all night, and all camp really. I don't see it. I have watched him miss so many passes and opportunities in front of the net on setups. He needs to stay in a 3rd line role and go hard to the net for garbage goals, using his size. Unfortunately, he doesn't fit with a fast, skill based line, imo. While he brings up the average size of the first line, he brings down both the speed and skill average too much. han_dyl
Where is cammelleri? i started watching late Oh yeah i didn't notice. I don't think he's been on the ice since the first period. Someone correct me if im wrong.
ForumGhost
Ouch, Halak looks hurt... As for Cammy, he left the second period and hasn't come back. Since it's pre-season, could be precautionary. Let's hope so. Edited September 25, 2009 by ForumGhost

han_dyl
They should take a good run at Timmy...An eye for an eye, or goalie for a goalie in this case.

KoZed
Came home from work just when Gomer was killing that PK. Plex looks good, both on the PP and PK.

han_dyl
Anyone know what happened to Cammelleri?
ForumGhost
Bah, very close, Thomas made a good save on Gomez. Great game though, happy to see guys like Pleks, O'Byrne and the Kostityns elevate their game. Gill and Gorges looked great too. Less happy to see Cammy go down. brobin
Crap.. I sure hope the next game is our full starting lineup, barring injuries. Gomez and Gionta would have ended this in regulation.
ForumGhost
Anyone know what happened to Cammelleri? Left the game. Didn't have to be escorted off, just kinda disappeared from the bench, so hopefully it's not serious.

brobin
Thomas is fun to watch Thomas is one of the best goalies in the league, as much as that pains us. He might be a late blooming flopper, but you can't argue with the results.
Peter Puck
Well we didn't win but that game made me very happy. We can really see the changes Jacques Martin is introducing. One thing that really made an impression on me: I don't think we got called for icing even once in the game. Last year it seemed like we iced the puck at least 10 or 12 times every game.
