Like i have said before, you will be pleased with Holland's play, seems like a smart player of average size, that can skate and handle puck well.

And given that he is quick enough and defensively sound, i would say he finds a role on bottom 6, likely before Gallagher/Kristo crack the top six.

A 3rd line with maybe Holland, Leblanc and Bournival would likely do well down the road? But i always tend to be overly optomistic of prospects.

Battle of Holland vs Gallagher tonight.

4-4 at the end of OT and headed for a shootout.

Gallagher with a hattrick.

Holland with 2 assists.

Gallagher also scored in the shootout, while Holland was stopped.

Might as well heap on more praise, Holland was the only + player on his team and is now 9th in WHL scoring; Gallagher is 16th but in 15 fewer games, on a team where he is the only real offensive threat to be shut down.

2 super looking Right Wingers, no matter which way you cut it.

Nathan Beaulieu is on SNET today as his Sea Dogs take on the Remparts.

Yes, and so it will be the Habs 2011 1st rounder vs the Habs 2012 1st rounder, Mikhail G.

There was a WHL scoring record tied last night...and it wasn't by Gallagher or Holland. Darren Dietz, a defenceman, scored 4 goals tying the WHL record for goals scored by a D in a single game.

We have some awesome prospects out west!

Think we will see a Geoffrion-Holland-Bournival 3rd line in the future? That would be awesome if we could develop some depth guys in our own organization.

Geo has potential to be more then a 3rd liner, but if he doesn't develop to that. That would be a interesting line no?

Holland had average weekend, 5 points in 2 games.

Gallagher 35 goals in 43 games, nice pace.

Bournival has 25 goals in 32 games, not shabby neither!

Dietz's eh! great for him, confidence boosting game for sure. 1 more year in WHL:and he should be more than ready for pros.

Not sure if he is more promising or is Ellis ( a year and a bit diff in age)?

Didier seemed OK with Denver, seemed OK skater and size, but still just freshman and not on PP nor PK yet, so not outstanding, but is long term prospect.

Not alot of sense taking a d-man with one of first 4 picks this year. Lots of good looking forwards to pick from in top 60.

This is awesome.

How nice would it be to add in a top flight centre to our prospect pool.

Morgan Ellis with a 4 point night for Shawinigan. Since the trade he has 21 points in 18 games (don't forget he's a defenceman), 46 points in 50 games on the season.

He must just be loving being on a competitive team, after a couple years in Cape Breton. I had him pegged as a Gorges type defensive d-man, but he seems to be much better all round.

Will be super to see him and Bournival in Mem-Cup this spring; and possibly Beaulieu/Tinordi/Holland as well?
