Davehab
I have to admit...our defence does look better with kaberle in the lineup. and campoli....about time
dlbalr
I wonder if they'll use Weber as a forward or someone like Diaz instead who they're more comfortable with in case Campoli can only play limited minutes considering his combined TOI (preseason and regular season) is all of about 45 minutes or so. dlbalr
Forget Campoli playing limited minutes, he's playing zero as he will not play today.
lazy26
Campoli won't play today.
lazy26
Looks like Kaberle will be paired with Emelin.

Athlétique.Canadien
Here we go. It'll be refreshing if our newest player is a positive, not a negative. Of course 1 game means nothing but I'd still like to see the positive start & of course, a W
Commandant
Ugly start.
HabsTrick450
Decent shot by Kabby OMG cant believe I just called the guy that was the face of the leafs defense for years Kabby...
Athlétique.Canadien
That's a little better. We need to be on the right side of the puck on the fore-check. Defensively, Price keeping us above water...again
Commandant
Greg Millen analysis... Kaberle doesn't score goals so he won't help Montreal's offence. What a tool.
Trizzak
First penalty to NJ... Let's see how the powerplay looks.
HabsTrick450
First penalty to NJ... Let's see how the powerplay looks. Looked pretty good until Subban screwed up...
Commandant
Looked better.... but don't expect miracle changes today. They guy has 0 practice time with this PP unit. I also notice he's playing the middle of the ice in our umbrella formation.... this is a new position for him as he's always been on the left hand boards before, in Toronto and Boston on the PP. Athlétique.Canadien
On the bright side, looks like we are settling into the game.
Trizzak
Looked pretty good until Subban screwed up... Good movement, Kaberle appeared to handle the pressure put on him pretty well.
JMMR
Not bad. Kaberle looked decent on PP but slow for sure. Looked better.... but don't expect miracle changes today. They guy has 0 practice time with this PP unit. I also notice he's playing the middle of the ice in our umbrella formation.... this is a new position for him as he's always been on the left hand boards before, in Toronto and Boston on the PP. Don't make excuses before hand.
HabsTrick450
alright another PP, please let's accomplish something!!! Thomas Kaberle, I love you! He's passing, but also taking decent shots when passing isn't an option...

Colin
Kaberle makes good decisions at the point. It's nice to see.
Athlétique.Canadien
If Kaberle continues this performance on the powerplay I'll be happy. The shots are getting through
Trizzak
Plenty of shots, big bodies in front. That's the most dangerous the PP has looked in awhile.
Seb
1:30 in the NJ end? A few shots, Kaberle looks good on the PP so far, IMO. He only needs to be average at 5 on 5.
