Did Chucky take Eller's place on that line?

No just some PP changes.

Eller was out with 72-51 at end of second

Too bad, Kaberle deserved an assist on that goal.

More fun to pump the kids tires.

We could use Gill on the PK. Always good to have a few extra limbs to block shots and drape over the opposition in a vaguely alluring manner.

Yep #octopusmode

There was a chart someone posted in the Subban signing thread and if I remember correctly, he relied on Subban being on the ice more than anyone else on the team.

Funny. Let's hope that it will help. DD needs it obviously.

Kosari and Charon are AHL calibre weapons as far as officiating

So, Price has an off-game and the team picks up the slack. +1

Prust gets hit from behind (for which he should have had 5, 10, and a game, I mean how dare he be hit from behind) and the smurfiest of the Habs who are on attack Antropov (former Leaf). +1

Habs show resilience... again, and win. +1

Desharnais is poor. -1

Eller was poor. -1

Did I miss anything crucial?

That smurfiest player was Desharnais who redeemed himself a little with this. No more of me calling him sauce.

I would not say that Eller was poor. I mean, nobody looks good playing with DD right now. That includes Cole and Pax, even though he had four assists before his surgery.

It's a testament to how well Gally and Chucky played on every shift since it felt like they were on a whole lot more than the 9-and-change and 11-and-change respectively. How long has it been since we've had even a single line be that exciting on every single shift? Probably the heady days of Witehall, Lind, and Petrov.

Oh yeah, I went there.
