JGC21
Love those lines! Spread out the smurfs! When Bourque comes back, Therrien will have some thinking to do. I say Moen sits.
dlbalr
The Habs are just 3 goals away from hitting the milestone of 20,000 goals scored as a team. Two questions - do they reach it tonight, and who gets the goal? Oh, and be advised Tim Peel is one of tonight's referees. (Edit: Darcy Burchell is the other, this could be a long night...) More news, no Visnovsky (personal) tonight.
nhfarber
I think they get it tonight, and I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Ryder scores his first goal since his return for the 20,000th goal.
brobin
Peel...almost makes me not want to watch.
habs rule
I think the prust plekanic ryder line could be dynomite. Have we seen that combo before? Is price starting or is budaj getting a second start? Maybe carey needs an easier game to get his confidence back. Not to say this is an easy game but hopefully not as tough as some others could be. 20,001 goals as a team after tonite.
SOOPAVILLIN
I'll make the obvious pick and say patches gets goal 20,000. Although Markov deserves it.

Habsfan
Oh, and be advised Tim Peel is one of tonight's referees. NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! That means we can expect to get screwed on calls tonight. On a different note, I'd like to see chucky get a goal and an assist tonight. He's been a little quiet lately. I know it's to be expected with a rookie, but still, It'll do him some good. johnnyhasbeen
My prediction. 3-1 habs, Price hits the open net for 20k.
JGC21
Total longshot... Armstrong gets the 20k goal.
dlbalr
Total longshot... Armstrong gets the 20k goal. If memory serves me right, there was a Toronto connection on the Habs' 10,000th home goal (I believe it was Berezin from Perreault and Gilmour). That would be something if Armstrong and/or Kaberle figure in on this milestone.

JMMR
Pretty exciting start. MT wont like the defensive coverage but will like the back check.
Helmethead
NYI's commentators gushing about Gallagher's poise and positive demeanor. What a nice change. The usual homers I have to listen to characterize him as a Marchandesque clone.

Trizzak
I know sitting one of your top players is rarely a good idea, but man am I getting sick of Plekanec's crap penalties.

Trizzak
Not sure if serious? (about sitting him) I'd like a message sent. His knack for taking useless and ill-timed penalties is truly amazing.
JMMR
I'd like a message sent. His knack for taking useless and ill-timed penalties is truly amazing. Tough to send a message to your best center used to shutdown and leading goal scorer. I know what you mean buy the penalties but sitting him is the wrong method surely. brobin
Price still doesnt look good...just dropped instead of coming out and challenging the shot...looks too deep.
