Once again, 1 goal scored.

Not a clue what they were doing the last minute. That was a fire drill in there own end.

Playing usual friggin MT play for OT hockey.

cant tell you what therrien was thinking...........because he himself does not even know.

he's in the room now working on some new lines for tomorrows game.

You mean working on his old new lines.

Right, with all your complaints about forwards, Markov and Subban both minus 2.

DD is worthless, pretty much the entire top 6.

I don't fault the effort, the play pretty hard, they just don't have what it takes upfront to contend.

MB will fix it in time.

Thank you Marc Bergevin for all the muckers and depth you brought in this year.

Gonchar

Parenteau

Smith-Pelly

Gilbert

Flynn

Mitchell

Allen

Malhotra

Petry (played great, but for the Price of Vanek, not what the team needed)

When the chips were down, his acquisitions really made the difference when the team outplayed Tampa for 2/3 games and scored four goals.

Habs have no luck in this series. If a few bounces actually go our way we are up 2-1 in this series. But now its over.

Teams make their own luck. Bottom line this team didn't pay the price to go to the hard areas. Useless bums like Prust, instead of going hard to the net and making Bishop's life difficult, he goes for the useless lazy bump the goalie from behind hits.

Yea, this is supposed to be a transition year so expect a step back this year. Need to give time this year to Galchenyuk playing center and for the young D to get more ice time. Oh wait that didn't happen this year.

None of the top 6 did anything around Bishop either. Why pick out Prust? He did what a few Tampa forwards did to Price, tried to rattle his cage. He didn't do anything dirty.

When was the last time this team scored a tic tax toe goal, honestly? They legit never setup in the opposing zone.

and none of them gave the puck to a lightning player with 6 second lefts to lose the game for the habs....that was tomas plekanic

How is prust a useless bum? The top 6 has done absolutely nothing.

One thing I have noticed about the PP, they seem to slow down take their time and accomplish nothing. This team built on skill and speed turns into the slow motion kids on the PP. They were all over the Dolts 5 on 5 and as soon as they go on the PP slow to a crawl don't get that.

And that was Andrei Markov laying down on the ice gassed.

Why wouldn't he? It looks about as good on his resume as the 100 point season before it. The year before that, the Habs were on pace for over 100. Colorado had one hot year bookended with playoff misses.

I talked with one of my work buddies about the Rangers, he's shit scared of Tampa. Most of the league's teams would be.

Give the Lightning some credit. The Tampa Bay Lightning are winning the series. Michel Therrien is not losing the series. The power play is not losing the series. Tomas Plekanex and David Desharnais are not losing the series. As a team, to a man, they are being beaten soundly by Tampa. Hockey is a team game. If it were as easy to fix a PP, fire a coach, or get a player each team would be a Cup favorite every year.

If the regular season means nothing in May, why have there been no major upsets? Wouldn't the mythical teams from the land of number one centers and red hot power plays be wreaking havoc on the league's perceptions while putting Vegas out of business?

Tomas Plekanic the goat .

Limp wrist pass to lightning players with six seconds to go..............and atom player could get that puck deep. But no tomas gives it away, then picks up nobody as tbay scores ....alll but ending the series and season.

"Tomas Plekanic is not losing this series" no, but he;s getting us there.

Playing like i told ya all he would. Play off flop with a ton of quality ice time wasted.

I'm done for the season...not even watching the next game...no point.

This team failed because it is a hodgepodge of plumbers with only a few pieces of legit talent, that has had its record inflated by a world-class goaltender.

We have outright dead weight in Parenteau, Emelin, and Gilbert. David Desharnais is an overpaid underachiever who will never EVER produce in the playoffs or against top teams. It's clear that Markov needs to finish out this contract as a 2nd pair D-man with PP duties; he can't log huge minutes anymore at this stage of his career.. We also have bad coaching...head coach and assistants failed to get a functional powerplay designed for an entire season/post-season.

MB needs to make some serious moves...get Price/Subban/Pacioretty some help....TALENT to compliment them, not more plumbers and re-treads.
