It will be interesting to see how they react after last night's heartbreaking loss. They threw everything they had at them and still came up short. This game will show the character of this team.

Forget the meh goal... so far I've seen Eller whiff on accepting an easy pass for a shot in the slot, then hold on to the puck till he was in the slot... but pass behind a teammate into the corner, and just now he iced a puck from the neutral zone with ZERO pressure from the Hawks.

He's having one of those games.

I rag on Eller a lot, but credit where its due, he had a great period (and no not just the goal). I must have been watching a completely differently player from Trizzak, I thought he was strong.

I saw the good too - that line was the one good one - but he has had a couple of those 'other' moments as well.

It was nice to see them get the goal back somewhat quickly too. Scrivens should have had that and Weise couldn't have played Gustafsson any softer which let to the setup for Chicago's tally.

Did I show up just in time for his shitshow? I turned on the game and saw 3 weakass shifts in a row by him... glad to hear all of his other shifts were strong.
