After more than a week off, the IceCaps (14-12-3) continue their four week road trip with a stop in Toronto to take on the Marlies (13-12-2).

Halfway through the 3rd, it's now 2-1.  St. John's has a whopping one shot so far this period.

 

On the surprising scratches today, Matteau isn't 100% but tried to give it a go in the warmup.  It sounds like Andrighetto is a healthy scratch.  They're resting the guy who has been a healthy scratch so that he'll be healthy while being scratched this week.  How about maybe playing the guy to work off the rust?

 

(Side note, Andrighetto will need to go through waivers to go back down later this week...)
