dlbalr
It's the strangest thing...the IceCaps (18-14-4) are playing something called a home game as they host the Wolf Pack (13-20-4) for a pair. No word yet on whether Nikita Scherbak or Bobby Farnham will be available (at least for Friday's game - they should be good to go on Saturday). (Line combos are based on +/- data.) Jensen - Nieves - Fontaine McRae - Carey - Brown Joly - Tambellini - McPherson Glass - Fogarty - Oksanen Gilmour - Kampfer Graves - Hughes Paliotta - Noonan Hellberg Matteau - Audette - Friberg Broll - de la Rose - Gregoire Veilleux - Eisenschmid - Ranger Camara - MacMillan - McCarron Hanley - Brouillette Parisi - Lernout Samuelsson - Racine Lindgren Puck drop is at 6:00 PM EST for both games. AM 930 has the call. Friday's game is also available on tape delay on RDS beginning at 8 PM EST.
dlbalr
Some good news for St. John's as Scherbak and Farnham are both in the lineup tonight: I feel a little bad for Camara - he scored last game and he still gets scratched. DON
2-1 loss in OT. Farnham gets only goal. Audette gets game misconduct in 2nd period. http://theahl.com/game-summary?game_id=1016435
dlbalr
What an absolute snoozer of a game. (The attendance of 3,746 is way overstated too, it didn't look like there was half that many.) Farnham played well while Eisenschmid also stood out. I thought Scherbak was completely lifeless out there, not the type of response I was hoping after he was sent down. Was wondering how Scherbak would react, maybe (hopefully) he will play a bit more inspired tomorrow.
dlbalr
It sounds like they only made it into town a couple of hours before game time so maybe he'll be better today.
dlbalr
Tonight's lines: Eisenschmid is out, I'm not sure why. I can't see them scratching him - he was one of their better players last night.
dlbalr
After Friberg hit two goal posts last night, he managed to find the twine tonight to open up the scoring. Parisi with a good play to set up the goal; de la Rose with an assist as well.
DON
Outshot them 13-7 and 1-0 end of 1st. I assume Denis not been tested too much yet? And they didn't take any penalties in that period, a bonus.
dlbalr
2-1 IceCaps in the 3rd. Farnham scored but no one noticed and later on in the shift, Ranger scored.
dlbalr
Hartford tied it with just over six minutes left but Broll scored a PPG (why he was on the PP is a great question to ask but it worked) and Camara picked up an insurance marker a minute and a half later - IceCaps win 4-2. http://theahl.com/game-summary?game_id=1016447
