Funny, there are plenty of franchises that irritate the crap out of me (TO and BO obviously, but also Ottawa, Tampa Bay, Philly, Carolina, Colorado, Detroit, LA) but the Devils aren't really on that list. I'd say the missed clearing attempt. Weber put himself in a bad spot and still probably had time to make a better play than that.
