dlbalr
The IceCaps (26-23-8) will wrap up their latest 3-in-3 run this weekend as they take on the Marlies (29-23-5) for a pair of games. Toronto sits three points ahead of St. John's for third in the North Division which makes this a huge couple of games if they want to have any shot at moving up the rest of the way (and Utica is right behind the IceCaps for the final spot as well). Hudon - Terry - Carr Matteau - de la Rose - Friberg Farnham - Audette - Scherbak Broll - MacMillan - Gregoire Hanley - Redmond Lowe - Johnston Brouillette - Lernout Danis Moore - Greening - Griffith Timashov - Kalinin - Kapanen Rychel - Gauthier - Johnsson Letourneau-Leblond - Laich - Camarenesi Campbell - Holl Dermott - Oleksy Nielsen - Wrenn Bibeau Puck drop is at 5:00 PM EST Saturday and 3 PM EST on Sunday. AM 930 has the call for both games. Saturday's game is also available on TSN2 (although you might want to watch on mute - it's the Leafs TV feed and their PBP guy is tough to listen to).
DON
PBP cant be worse than Leafs central broadcast vs Habs...

It's not so much what's being said...it's the voice of the PBP guy that I find extremely grating to listen to (especially on goal calls). I haven't heard him for a couple of years so I hope the general squeakiness has been toned down by now.
dlbalr
1-0 Marlies in the 2nd. No lineup changes from last game so Lindgren's getting the back-to-back start.
dlbalr
Make that 2-0. Gregoire missed on a partial break and Camaranesi beat both Terry and Redmond coming back the other way to get a partial breakaway himself and made no mistake. dlbalr
Make that 3-0. Dermott beat Lindgren from the faceoff dot - it looked like St. John's made a late change and Friberg was just getting into the defensive zone when the goal was scored. And as I finished typing that, Keegan Lowe gets St. John's on the board.
dlbalr
It wound up staying 3-1 the rest of the way. They're back at it tomorrow afternoon at 3 PM EST. http://theahl.com/stats/game-summary/1016744
