Well it was a close one right to the end, but thankfully the Habs successfully escaped the game without any points.

If it’s price playing well, I’m ok with it

Price played well.  Habs lost in regulation.   Perfect

With that loss, the Habs can no longer finish any higher than 25th.

Next game is against Winnipeg, who unfortunately doesn't have much to play for in the regular season. Here's hoping they lay an egg against Ottawa tomorrow and feel inspired for Tuesday.

Noted, a good tank.

The tough part was that the TV talking head (whatever his name) called the goal saying Hall was serving the penalty to jump on a possible breakaway.  Hall made him look like a genius, but Juju could not figure it out... Or chose not to.

I thought they played better and Juulsen looked good, but Drouin looked a bit lost. Go Sens.

Every coach in the world figured it out.

Thats not on Julien.

That is on Jeff Petry with the soft pass that turned into a giveaway to Zajac and allows the long breakaway pass.

The defenceman has to be aware of when the guy is coming out of the box and not to have a turnover at that point.

Got it Commandant. Just venting.

Petry is a major liability. He is minus a large number. Maybe they should turn him into a Centre and see if he can solve our problem.

Oh well, 3 more games to go. How many more points will they get?

Meh... i dont care about olus minus.

Especially for a #3 defenceman who because of webers injury has played #1 minutes all year and mostly paired with karl alzner.

Petry is what he is.  A fine number 3.  Some nights hes a #1... some nights he screws up.  Inconsistentcy is why hes a number 3.

I'm not above hoping Buffalo gets 3 regulation/OT wins as well. Run save_us_mittelstadt.exe

Sucks to see our boys keep losing like this, but at least we're tanking in the right direction!  Three more losses and our chances of getting that elusive 1st overall pick improve dramatically!

Yes, has been 38 years since 1980, with the wonderful Wickenheiser pick at #1. Surely we will do better than that this year.
