GM OF THE YEAR I kinda hope Ducharme is there as a reminder to Julien that if he leans too hard on his bad habits, his replacement is standing right beside him. Ducharme is all about offence. If Julien is back to tossing a defensive forward the most minutes so he neutralizes a top line instead of actually trying to score, he will merely be hastening his eventual firing.
