Never mind its an unreliable source.

I heard that Alzner is not at optional skate while Mete is, which I think tends to mean Alzner will play and Mete will sit.

I just read on another site that Mete is out and Alzner is in?

It's certainly a possibility - before last game, Mete's ice time was steadily declining.  I should note that when the GDT is first posted, lineup news isn't usually available so it's usually the lines from the last game.

Is Mete the new Galchenyuk?  Is Julien getting ready to destroy another young player?

No.  Mete hasn't played all that well which is why his ice time has been steadily dropping.  A game off isn't going to kill him.

It has also been mentioned that a few players aren't 100% - he could very well be one of them.

Lehkonen looks exactly like he did last season

That's good and bad.  The good is that he continues to get to the right spots.  Eventually, one would hope that he'll develop a bit more of a scoring touch.  I think this is the last game that his parents are in town for as well.

Love how Reilly has an assist yet didn’t get credited with the + in the +/- .

Stats gods owe him one!

It’s so obvious teams do not respect Petry or anyone’s shot from the point. There’s no threat there, they really need Weber back.

Annnd St.Louis scores from the point lol.

Agreed...the powerplay is weak without him.

He apparently didn't want to wait for the stats gods!

I think he had changed by the time the goal went in so technically, he wasn't a plus on the play.

That was a lot more even of a period - the Habs were scrambling in their own end a bit and the power play looks discombobulated.  On the penalty kill side, why was Ouellet on there?  He's one of the two players who should hardly ever be playing shorthanded (and it came back to bite them).
