tomh009
Woah, we're at 58% on the face-offs through two periods. Is this the first time this season that we are actually winning those?

sbhatt
Scary at the end there...that 'too cute' pass in their own end rather than clearing it, but they hung on. Good win against a fast team.
Scott462
Good game from the boys. That Kotkaniemi pass from the boards right to Armia’s stick was a thing of beauty. I wouldn’t be opposed of sticking him between Gallagher and Tatar to see what he can do. Maybe if that line goes a little cold in the future, kinda hard to mess with a winning line though. alfredoh2009
I watched part of the Flames game against the Rangers to see what we may be in for tonight, and I didn't think we would win. I am very happy with the result. I liked Ouellett's play at the blue line on Drouin's goal, and Kotkaniemi's overall game. Benn and Reilly played another strong game. This D-core is surprisingly good! I heard on the french-radio broadcast post-game show that Armia had his best game. I am not an expert, and probably that is why I am not appreciating his game. I don't care so much for the next game, but if they beat Boston: I will start sizing the jump to the playoff'19 bandwagon

Claude obviously trusts him and by the looks of it he was able to handle those minutes quite well. He’s not the most offensively gifted player and it was a damn shame he couldn’t bury that sweet pass from Kotka but it looks like to me he can be trusted in any situation on the ice and I know coaches love that. Scott462
PP working well now. Petry had himself a game and while his shot from the point is still an issue he let it rip on that first goal to get things started. I think the addition of Domi on that top PP is helping things out too, he seems to have great chemistry with Drouin and Petry. Also credit where it’s due, Drouin had a much deserved first star, one of his best games this year. That shot on his goal was something special.

If Price gets to the top of his game and this team keeps playing the way they have, it could turn into an Interesting season..... I would love to be proved wrong about this team being terrible this year.
