dlbalr
While the Habs are off until Thursday, they've placed Kenny Agostino on waivers. Presumably, this is to make a roster spot for Weise in the interim at least. And to no one's surprise, Alzner cleared. http://www.habsworld.net/2019/02/habs-place-kenny-agostino-on-waivers/
alfredoh2009
I thought it was to make room for Byron who is near returning. I would have waived Deslaurier before Agostino, but heck... what do I know

Deslauriers - though he had a rough night yesterday - appears to be the one constant in the lineup on the 4th line. Hudon/Peca and Agostino/Chaput were rotating in and out but not Deslauriers so it's safe to assume his spot on the roster is safe for a while. Trizzak
Claimed by NJ, and Weise called up regardless. Laval's forward depth is soon to be filled out by arena staff.

With Boyle having been shipped off to Nashville, they may have been feeling the need for some more depth at F.
xXx..CK..xXx
If things progress from here, Agostino may be able to thank the Habs for giving him his first real sustained shot at the NHL level.
