Which helps create terrorists and who do the terrorist take it out on? The middle-class citizens, most of whom didn't elect the leader. So the upper-class, the bureaucrats and the politicans who created the problem are safe in their huge homes while the hard-working middle-class citizens, who are the backbone of the country, are the ones dying.
