The Chicoutimi Cucumber
The Habs take a break from booking tee-times to host the high-flying Toronto Maple Leafs at the Bell Centre. The game is significant for a small first and a big last. One, Ryan Poehling will be playing in his first NHL game. Two, Bob "Oh Baby!" Cole will be calling his last NHL game. Regardless of who wins tonight's pointless contest, the Leafs, having supplanted the Habs as Boston's great rival - perhaps the single most painful indictment of MB's stewardship - will go on to play the Bruins in the first round, and lose. (I'd post cool pics to go with this GDT, but my image choices keep getting vetoed by the site telling me I can only upload 10.24kb. Oh baby!)
zumpano21
Oh man... the griping after TO’s first round loss. My ears have preemptively started to bleed.

(My pet theory is that Vancouver will flip their 1st-round pick to TO for Nylander. But this would not really be a "mistake" for Toronto). Trizzak
No Byron suggests he's still recovering from the concussion he got from the Weegar fight. Did he come back to play too soon?

Trizzak
Fluky goals, but Lindgren is giving off a very Niemi-esque level of confidence to the team at the moment.
Trizzak
Bob Cole absolutely butchering the call on Poehling's first NHL goal. Jesus.

tomh009
That was great work by Lehkonen to get the puck to Domi and then Shaw for the 4-3.
