After Buffalo we play a back to back against Tampa and then face St. Louis.  Those are two tough games so winning this one is important

We face Detroit Thursday not Tampa my man.

We have had Detroit’s number for a while now hopefully that continues here.

Yeah i got ahead of myself.

St. Lou and Tampa are two in a row after detroit.  So winning these two will be big.

Happens to me all the time.

I agree, if they can make it past these teams that will be great for the confidence of the club and set the stage for a positive direction for the rest of the year.

That was a better second half of the period.  Nice job by Armia and Thompson on the shorthanded goal and the PP actually looked semi-competent out there and they made the most of the brutal (great) turnover from Ristolainen.

I was very happy with the end-of-period power play. Yes, we scored, but beyond that, great puck control on the delayed penalty, good control of puck in the Buffalo zone and, most importantly, players not named Shea Weber shooting!

He's the only reason the Sabres arent ahead 2 goals.

rebound control, lateral moment, confidence.. I’m not complaining or negative just my first thoughts on the first period as a Hab.. should of kept those thoughts to myself . Lol

Arrived home during the 1st intermission and the game’s been on all period but I finally get to zone in with 8:14 left in the second. Time to see how Kinkaid is doing more than anything.
