I figured it was appropriate given that it's the final day of the first round of voting for the Mascot Hall of Fame of which Youppi is on the ballot.

There is only one mascot who matters: Gritty

My only issue with Youpi is that he is only the Habs mascot due to the reality that he was out on the streets looking for a sport circa 2004-2005 when the Expos left town. Outside of that, I think he actually matters. Not necessarily to me, though I liked him as a baseball mascot, but I’m sure there are kids 15 and under who only remember him as a Habs mascot and like him. I don’t know enough about mascots but I thought he was one of the better ones in baseball at least.

Well. It wasn't the Weber-only problem on this PP. They couldn't carry the puck into the offensive zone for the first 100 seconds, the Blues forced them to dump the puck in and then beat them to it.

The in-zone defensive coverage was improved but they're still collapsing way too much in transition.  It's a strategy I'm sure but they need to swing that a bit back the other way.  Drouin getting it back was huge.

Guys, crazy thought and I'm just spitballin' here, but what if the Habs get a lead... and then keep that lead for the rest of the game?

They fulfilled the first part of your prophecy...let's hope they fulfill the second part.
