Tonight's lines:

Seriously - Peca-Varone-Barber as the fourth line?  So Bouchard is effectively doubling down on his stupid decision.  They're shooting themselves in the foot again.

Olofsson's sick so they've signed Nathanael Halbert out of McGill over playing Ryan Culkin.  That says a ton right there.

The fourth line still gets a lot of minutes in Laval, does it not?

It's not like some junior teams that rarely roll the fourth line but that group doesn't typically get a ton of five-on-five time.

Kinkaid's struggles continue, 2 goals allowed on 4 shots and we're barely 6 minutes in.

Hes ufa in july.

Duh, I thought it was Kinkaid but it turns out that I was actually looking at Lindgren’s contract. Sorry. 😥

I understand putting actual prospects in positions to succeed, but why would any AHL veteran want to sign in Laval after how Varone and Barber have been treated lately?

Because the habs always sign these types of guys by offering a large ahl salary on their two-way deal.  Something they cant get from every nhl team.

supposedly a big trade by MB

Yeah never makes big trades

Drouin

Weber

Pacioretty

Galchenyuk for domi

Petry

Vanek

Cole/ryder

There are more.

After all those minor deals, this trade is huge by MB standards.

This is where your bias shows throw... ignoring facts, just to shit on everything MB does.  Its why it's nearly impossible to take your critiques seriously.
