Lehkonen is playing well

... as a 4th liner energy guy (he just doesn’t score)

Kotkaniemi is playing UNBELIEVABLE

He looks soooooo much faster... stronger.

Super engaged. I think I've seen him get knocked down once this game and maybe once in the series... it use to be once a shift...

Fantastic playoff

So we unloaded players for picks at the deadline maaaaany months ago... and now we are playing in the playoffs while the pens have a chance at Lafreniere.

Who wouldve thought?

And Lehkonen didnt miss the net!

I think I'd rather play TB then Philly

Habs were 0-4-0 vs Tampa this season

Habs were 0-0-2 vs Philly this season

Both records weren't very good but at least we played close with Philly

SUZUKI as our 1C taking out Crosby

KOTKAMANIA running wild

The throwback checking line that can score...

B-D-L

The emergence of Kulak who quietly had a great series

The dominance of Petry

Chairot and Weber in Beast mode

And most importantly  Price playing the way we know he can....

Meh, Rangers were 4-0-0 vs Carolina.

Regular season records don't mean anything.

This is different... don't have situations like 1 team on a back to back and the other rested.  Coaches have time to analyze the other team and do a way more indepth game plan.  No one is playing the backup goalie.

Ok. I was not going to be disappointed when they lost, since they had no business being including in a playoff of any kind. That and the fact I thought this team was hopeless until they turned over the staff. But now that we're here and into the real playoffs, GO HABS GO!

This is what can happen when you let your young players play important minutes. Suzuki and Kotkaniemi were key players for us. Kotkaniemi has come back much stronger and really looks like a force out there.

I am happy yet at the same time kind of disappointed.

Happy because as a habs fan we won and move on. Happy for Price and Weber.

Also happy to see what the future of this team could be with the young guys stepping up and playing well.

Disappointed because as a habs fan we find it hard to sign or trade for elite players and their was one in the draft we could of had the opportunity to get.  We just always seem to blow it and get a top 3 pick in draft years where their is no clear cut elite star.
