My favourite line from one of the CBC announcers: "Is there a better stickhandler in the league than Kovalev? He's the kinda guy that could follow you into a revolving door and come out ahead of you.") Oh ya I was laughing at that part!! haha Anyway, I told my dad "Kovalev's probably the best stickhandler in the league." 5 seconds later: "Is there a better stickhandler in the National Hockey League than Alexei Kovalev!?" ~moeman
~ Habs v. leaf : post game analysis ~ Great: - Geoffrion, Moore, Cournoyer Good: - Belfour, he had to be - KRex, delivers as promised - Habs dominating the opponent in their zone - RDS' fair & balanced coverage - Plex's 1st on a nice top corner zinger Bad: - JoséT on 2 of the 3 goals - Habs Dzone coverage, no way slow-old leaf should get that much ice - losing to the hated enemy when they don't deserve the win Ugly: - leaf - leaf fans - cbc/hnic

Many of us are so focused on the Canadiens and despising the Leafs that we forget that they and others play well too. As to good, I should like to add Lindros. He played well. On top of that, he's got 5 goals so far this season. Like I said elsewhere, JFJ must be just drooling over this (and Allison's) signing. They're paying off in spades so far.
