TurdBurglar
Montreal (8-2-2) Tatar - Danault - Gallagher Drouin - Suzuki - Anderson Toffoli - Kotkaniemi - Armia(Perry) Lehkonen - Evans - Byron(Frolik) Chiarot - Weber Edmundson - Petry Kulak - Romanov Price Toronto (10-2-1) Hyman - Matthews - Marner Nylander - Tavares - Mikheyev Vesey - Kerfoot - Engvall Petan - Boyd - Spezza Reilly - Brodie Muzzin - Holl Dermott - Bogosian Andersen Lineups updated as per TSN. Armia will be a game time decision. Not sure why they listed Frolik as possible, but I included it here.
Prime Minister Koivu
This is a good test for us but I think that we match up well against their style. They are missing Simmonds and Thornton which means leafs will be faster. Good game by Price and we win. Might be an 8 - 7 score though! tomh009
Both Perry and Armia appear to be on the roster for tonight's game (Perry was recalled from the taxi squad). Will Julien start with Armia on the third line and then switch back to Perry if Armia looks too rusty? Or just use Perry on PP?

I'm not sure it's a good idea to sit Byron or Lehkonen to put Perry in, especially when they're playing a fast team with a penchant for scoring on the power play (with Perry being prone to bad penalties in the past). DON
Time for Matthews goal scoring streak to come to an end, when Danault shuts him down again. I highly doubt will be a slow boring game at least.

sbhatt
We need to win this game. Anything that can slow Leafs Nation's planning of a cup parade at this point would be welcome...the way many of them rave about this team, you'd think it was the 91 or 92 Penguins they are talking about. No bad penalties and we should win convincingly if Price does his part. if he looks off early, make a switch...can't throw this one away. xXx..CK..xXx
I’m excited for the game tonight. I’m thinking some of the Habs may be feeling the same way tonight. I expect a good effort and I’m hoping for a big win!
DON
Flip a coin who wins this one, i got no idea or feeling how this or their next 2 Saturday match-ups will go. 3gms in 4 nights then off for a week, nice scheduling.

I think every team still has the 'bye week' this year (well, had but that won't be the case for some teams due to the postponements). Sir_Boagalott
Well, I warned that with the way the Habs players have multi goal nights what was preventing them from having nobody score multi goals in 1 game? Nothing. That has happened the last 2 games, and they lost 1 and almost the other. Therefore, its obviously about time for 3 hat tricks!! 😇

Sir_Boagalott
Nicely nicely, Anderson!!! I like the quick leads they often get. Thats always a good sign. Its good to see Armia back. It will be interesting to see what Perry does replacing Byron.

I don't think he meant it in that sense. i.e. teams get a bye week every year, this year does too. I'm not entirely sure how they make up postponed games. I figured there be 2 games/week for the last month so they could potentially schedule in 1-2 extra games/wk to make up for any lost games. 17 minutes ago, GHT120 said: No ... they had two days to travel to Edmonton ... 4 days coming back from Vancouver ... at a quick glance, next week is the last time the Habs have at only one day off (even after some back-to-backs) until three days before the season ending back-to-backs in Toronto Hmm, didnt the Habs have theirs already?
