sbhatt
We need this game. The Leafs are tired...this will be their 3rd game in 4 nights.... we need to jump on them early; attack with speed while finishing every single check. Don't ever let them catch their breath...break them mentally to the point where they just mail this one in.
alfredoh2009
Go Habs Go! Skate circles round their D, plaster their forwards on the boards, clear the crease free of leafs and get more past Andersen than they do past Price! Go Habs Go! TurdBurglar
We need this game because we have Ottawa tomorrow night. It should be a breeze tomorrow, but Ottawa is a top seed killer so far.

zumpano21
Simply hoping for a technically sound, full effort from our boys. I think we’re a team that doesn’t necessarily need two points but needs to push the boundaries on how good we can get. Let’s raise the ceiling a little bit tonight so we’re that much better come playoff time.
The Chicoutimi Cucumber
I am irrationally worried about this game...the first game back after an extended rest is often a bit of a debacle. It will be a nice test of just how battle-ready this edition of the Habs is.

Worried as well, but hopefully the time off will do the some good - they haven’t been as good as the start of the season. also beed to make sure Danault and Suzuki stop he leads M&M combo. I hate that the leads and oilers have the best duos in the league!
Prime Minister Koivu
Anderson is going to destroy Andersen and everything in his way. Are we pretending or contending?

I say borderline, still have no one anywhere near the NHL scoring race (Toffoli 28th) again for 40th year in a row.

Strangely, I am more worried about tomorrow ... such focus on tonight's game that hope They don't overlook the Sens
DON
Well, Leafs play the crap out of their top 2 forwards, so if can harass and tight checking on those 2 it would help; then just hope Tavares doesnt have a big game. Keep thinking Suzuki will have a big offensive game soon, maybe today.
Prime Minister Koivu
I’m hoping for a barn burner up and down game with savage hits and many goals 7-1 Style beating

xXx..CK..xXx
If and When Suzuki scores, I will put my Suzuki reverse retro Habs jersey on. If and When Weber scores, I will put my red Weber jersey on. Now go.

I am grudgingly accepting the Big Blue uniforms ... but it still drives me nuts that Molson was too cheap to buy a set of matching pants ... the blue is too close to be any kind of contrasting colour but different enough to be obviously mismatched. tomh009
Interesting ... Julien inserted Armia into the first PP unit. A good scoring chance for Armia on that, too, the best one on an overall respectable PP effort.
TurdBurglar
Good first period by Montreal. Shot clock doesn't tell the tale, Habs had the better chances and more of them. Few missed calls on the Leafs, then Habs shoot themselves in the foot by giving up a lengthy 5-on-3 to start the 2nd.
alfredoh2009
Thank goodness for Price today. And Tatar is playing better
