Happy for Tatar, he is playing much better

even if they give it to KK

Don't be too quick ... puck under goalie's pad and KK pushes the pad into the net

No way that should have been over turned

RDS's Stéphane Fiset feels it should have been overturned

EDIT: Meant TVA's Stéphane Fiset

The second was a coaches challenge for goalie interference.. which was BS...

Yup ... first one was just a refs putting heads together, ensuring he puck went in and did so before the ref would have thought of blowing the whistle.

So what you're saying is the Leafs now get a free review on goals against.  Nothing in that play warranted an automatic review by the officials.  Puck was clearly over and there wasn't a whistle at any time until after the goal was signaled.

Refs often now put their heads together before officially signalling goal/no-goal

I see the case for goalie interference, but what was the first review about?

Determining the official call on the ice.  Once in a while, they wind up communicating upstairs before making the 'call on the ice is' decision.  They'd have been discussing if they were sure it had gone in and if they felt there was no contact with the pad but no video review at that point.  Toronto then challenges, brings in the video review, and the call was made.
