March 6 Winnipeg @ Montreal 7:00

I am not that optimistic, but I still think they will win.

If KK’s line performs well, I expect a close game determined by special teams ( like I did last game )

If Anderson doesn’t play , it will take a great performance from Carey “the hobbit” Price

Explain The Hobbit reference please...

I think Carey is gonna snap into form after an improved outing last time, but that’s just an irrational feeling on my part.

Price always warms up mid season and finishes strong at end season carry over into playoffs, That’s where we’re at now. I’m also expecting a solid game tonight and moving forward from Price. I’m sure he’s feeling a little guilt on Waite’s firing and will take this to heart.

Didn’t Price say a few years ago that sometimes he feels l’île a Hobbit when things are not going well because he doesnt even go to the supper market?

I think he may be suffering from “hobbitness” at this time, also “Gandalf” Waite spent time recently with him before sending him on his quest

... a stretch , I know , but that is what I meant ....  invisible or heroic

i disagree... not that he wont step up to the plate tonight following Waites firing but of your assessment of his play. He has not been good all season for multiple seasos now. But, for some stretches in good play!!

Lets finally beat the Jets

Their darn goalie is pretty good, but their special teams are same as Habs.

Seem two pretty equal teams.

I’d take their first two lines over ours.

Good game boys. Winnipeg will now remember the Habs all year.

I was just thinking about Armia prior to his goal.

I often find that he plays quite well against his former team. He was looking like he had Paul Byron’s skating ability earlier in that shift.
