habsfan88
GO HABS GO! I've said this once and I will say it again - just because some teams that we are playing are weaker does not mean in any sense that the Habs get the night off. Crisp passes, hard and accurate shots and HITS HITS HITS will bring us another one. Prediction to come later...
les_glorieux
GO HABS GO! 3-1 win ryder higgins souray ovechkin
kaos
Can't wait to see Ovechkin play again. This guy is a beauty. Hopefully Montreal can keep him off the scoresheet. Go Habs
HateThoseLeafs
Washington is another team that we've struggled with. As much as we would love to say this game is a gimmee, i dont beleive there is such a game this close to the playoffs. We need this one and hopefully the guys will play like it. GO HABS
JMMR
Don't care if OV is all over the score sheet as long asd the Habs get the W.
HateThoseLeafs
Nice thread BTW spidey. Its nice to have found another site to discuss the Habs now that the Canadiens forum site is on the blitz.
HipHipHuet
My prediction : Habs 4 Caps 2 Scoring : Ovechkin,Zubrus, Pleckanec,Koivu, Souray, Begin (empty net) Nice thread BTW spidey. Its nice to have found another site to discuss the Habs now that the Canadiens forum site is on the blitz. Agreed. Also, this website uses the same engine of the Maple Leafs forums (much better)
SoCalHab
What I love about Ovechkin is his youthful enthusiasm after he scores.......very refreshing attitude!!.....that being said: MTL 5 Wash 0 (Begin, Plex, Koivu (2), Ryder)
Athlétique.Canadien
We need the goals against Kolzig. But the way we are playing, I expect a good effort to unfold. I just hope I continue to keep this avatar. Go Habs :hlogo:
HipHipHuet
Unless I am mistaken I think the Caps play tonight so we will have fresher legs. Should be good for us

JMMR
Yeah and the caps are beating the canes 2-0 10 minutes in.
kaos
Good it'll be hard for them to play two tough games in a row
CoRvInA
Holly Molly! are the Canes in a slump? or the Caps that better now that nothings else is left to lose other than getting Ovechkin the Rocket Richard trophy
gohabsgo252006
The team knows Washington is tough and I expect a great effort from the guys. Higgins Koivu Ryder will keep their great play going, and so will Begin and Bonk, hopefully Kovalev will come up with a better effort. The D still looks great and it'll be nice to Komi back. GO HUET GO GO SAKU GO GO HABS GO
kaos
Be nice if Koivu actually scored a goal
gohabsgo252006
http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/news_story/?ID=160531&hubname=nhl "Look for Redden to re-sign with the Senators before July 1, as well as Sakic with the Avalanche and Huet with the Canadiens. And there will be others as well. " That is some good news, hopefully it's true and BG can get it done
kaos
Redden and Sakic are locks. Be interesting to see what happens to Chara. As for Huet....a one year deal shouldn't be a problem.
zumpano21
GO HABS GO!!! :hlogo: :hlogo: :hlogo: ATL and TB playing each other tomorrow night. I guess that means we're cheering on ATL.
Athlétique.Canadien
I think a realistic pickup this year might be Arnott and/or bring in Danny Markov. After all, the two Markov's were Russia's best 2 defencemen in Torino. Edited March 30, 2006 by ATHLÉTIQUE.CANADIEN

But it would be nice to meet the rangers or the flyers in the first round.
