Hockey Workouts

I was curious what kind of training hockey players go through at the top level. I play lacrosse and football myself but i was wonderring about hockey. Gary Roberts is known as a a guy who puts more effort into it than most, do some not have too work out to make it to this level?(so blessed with skills). im guessing leg strength is the top agenda to work on.

Well, I don't know many drills but I know there are quite a few drills that focus on player balance.

There's the traditional muscle mass gain that's pretty much universal in any sport.
