Pin Rules Topics

One thing that always seems to happen in threads is the debate of rules and what they actually are. How about we take some of the more common situations (waivers, entry level, free agency, etc) and pin those in the forums. That way when someone inevitably asks, we can just post a link to that thread.

I'll do it, just give me some ideas of what kind of stuff people want a quick reference to. I've actually been reading the CBA.

Yeah why doesn't this forum have more pins. I guess those above posts are pins but there's a lot pins you could put in especially the habs forum that would organize the clutter multiple topics.
