RobRock
If it weren't for the fact that the second line seems to be coming around, I'd suggest having Lapierre center Kovalev and Samsonov.

OneSharpMarble
Higgins is right back to his pre injury greatness, barely even skipped a beat Lets not let up now, teach buffalo a lesson.
habs_in_the_blood
first time in a few games that we have more shots on goal then the opposite
Psycing
Awesome period! At first we were looking pretty slow out there, but they got things going. Now, if only we could get that 2nd line going we'd be an elite team!!!
geolink
boom! our 4th line is killer. LaPierre is showing that he wants to stay with the big boys.. keep em coming.

habs_in_the_blood
now if the habs dont get into the "trap mode" and continue to bomb the net we could win this one...nothing is in the bag right now...Miller is shaky we should take advantage of this situation
hat trick
ME HAPPY! Let's keep rolling... the sabres are down but not out yet I really like our two PP lines: Ryder - Koivu - Kovalev Samsonov - Higgins - Latendresse
RobRock
Jacques Demers is talking about Lapierre and Latendresse playing on the fourth line. He seems to believe that Lapierre is going to be staying with Montreal for the rest of the year, and they'll be even better when Begin comes back from his injury. brobin
I like lats, lappy, and Begin as a 4th line. Its where they all belong right now and they would be an awesome 4th line. We don't need Murray or Downy except for injury callups. I also think we have spare D now too, so if they could swing a trade for a number 2 center, they can go very deep this year. Imagine two great scoring lines, a shutdown line, and then that 4th line coming at you.... wow..
JMMR
Nice period they must not take their foot of the gas.

huzer
I just hope they weren't patting themselves on the back too much after a decent 1st (for a change) Habs PP...get a goal here, guys!

brobin
You know, that bum Koivu hasn't done shit tonight.. he still needs to get 2 goals tonight ( I have come to expect it... )
huzer
Thus far a disorganized PP by the Habs. Higgins ROBBED by Miller...all alone in front of the net. Penalty to the Habs. PLex for hooking. Good penalty to take, Gaustad would've had an empty net on that rebound.
RobRock
Numminen had the wide open side and shot it right into Huet's pad.
