Habs30/31
Great job again 84. Habs have owned Rask and the Bruins for a couple of seasons now. Yet i hesitate to predict and jinx the club. Be satisfied with a great game....and another goal from Weiss. Our leading goal scorer.
KoRP
Ahh, a Saturday night game vs the Bruins, a little extra special this week since I missed last 2 games with hospital trip, nice to see Habs held their own really good without me as a witness Go Habs! DON
Condon the Boston boy...will he put on a good show for friends/family or not? Bruins is 3rd in NHL scoring, but good thing they cant defend at all and keep pucks out of their net. (equal to Leafs)

(I saw that when doing the links this morning, it's in one of the Condon articles that was posted...) Chris Lee is one of the refs tonight. Twice in one week, I guess it was Montreal's turn to draw the short straw with him.
DON
You mean purposely none are attending? That seems unusual. (I, for some reason thought game was in Boston.)
dlbalr
Condon, the son of a Massachusetts state cop, is taking nothing for granted. In fact, he still has yet to invite his folks or any friends to see him play – not even against his hometown Bruins. “I’m going to try and take care of business before I start inviting people from home,” he said. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/sports/hockey/canadiens-goaltender-michael-condon-walked-a-long-road-to-the-nhl/article27165947/

habs rule
Love the game day thread. Hate that Chris (Forking Asshole) Lee is the Ref. But the Dutch Gretzky will get a goal or two. I see Le Genius is not putting Semin back in, that is a mistake. But what is there to complain about? We are statistically the best team in the NHL. Who can be bitching at this point? Hahaha.. great GDT and comments.. I was going to call the Dutch Gretszky to be leading the NHL in all categories... but just forgot to post it earlier in the season.. uh huh.. . And speaking of Condons and stopping Semin , I just saw a terrific movie from Bill Condon. called Dreamgirls.. absolutely terrific. And for more hockey news... xXx..CK..xXx
No Rask tonight as it looks like Gustavsson will start. Been awhile since I've seen him play but without fear of jinxing, he's one of the goalies out there who worry me the least. Kind of reminds me of Tokarski in a way. Rask rarely does well versus us but that only means he's due to turn it around eventually in my mind. I feel a lot more confident about tonight's game now. Chris Kelly's loss is said to be a big one in the Bruins locker room. On the other hand, Chara seems to be doing well lately and he's always tough to play against. Should be a good game as always against the Bears and I look forward to it.

I see Le Genius is not putting Semin back in, that is a mistake. Ya they really need to get him back in there. The second line at least looked decent when he was playing. Lately they have been invisible by bringing in all these fourth liners to audition for the spot. I personally thought Semin was playing pretty good for the Habs. You could see how much skill he had but just wasn't getting rewarded. These many games being scratched just isn't fair. No Rask tonight as it looks like Gustavsson will start. Ya that's a smart move by the Bruins. Rask has a terrible record versus us. Hopefully we can get to Gustavsson as well. The Bruins will also scratch Zinaldo and bring in Quebec native Max Talbot. I'm good with that trade off as we don't need Rinaldo taking any cheap shots.
DON
Fair got nothing to do with it! Hopefully Bryon gets a few more shifts with Galchenyuk-Eller. The kid can fly and seems to have a "Gallagher-like" heart also. (Flieshman seems to be flying a bit under the radar and doing well, 11pts in 15gms, 60pt pace.) Machine of Loving Grace
I had a tendency to play great when my dad was at the game but I couldn't find him. Once I spotted him or saw him cheering me on, my game would just collapse. I had to tell to start moving seats every period so he could still watch without me gripping my stick too tight. And I'm not a person with any stage fright. Don't blame Condon at all.

Most of them were probably with the Leafs though, and we know how those games seem to go regardless of team quality or placement in the standings.
