fair ticket prices

fair beer prices ($11.73 for a large draft is outrageous..and $4.00 bottled waters is highway robbery)

A couple of random questions:

There was talk about including all 14 non playoff teams in the lottery to get the top pick overall. Was the lottery changed in the new CBA?

Second question/ not related--- When does Therrien get his extras into the game so they can actually help the team when they are called on?

The NHL is really a poorly run orginization. They have so many bad, stupid rules as it is. Half of all games a team is on the pp or shorthanded. It's getting hard to watch. They need to get rid of some of the dopey rules they already started. Especially the instigator rule.

Shoot outs, dumb lottery rules, they just played a half season because of money, bad contracts, etc, Then they allow the Islanders to trade for Thomas to get to the cap. they are a jake.

They are not the NFL, NBA or baseball. They will never get the casual fan based on gimics. Look at the amount of seats teams like the panthers sell.

The lottery weightings themselves didn't change in the new CBA. The team that finishes last has a 25% chance of winning and the team that finishes 14th last (or just missed the playoffs) has a 0.001% chance.

Before any team could only move up 5 spots, but now they have a chance at #1 overall? Is that what you are telling me.?

Correct - the odds have not changed but whoever wins the lottery picks first overall regardless of where they were seeded.
