dlbalr
Condon gets the start - will he get any support today? Ellis will make his season debut as well. I presume he's in for Shea.
dlbalr
1-0 Charlotte in the 2nd. LaRose scored with 9 seconds left in the first.
dlbalr
Thomas scores on a breakaway to tie it at 1. Finley gets the assist.
dlbalr
Dietz scores to make it 2-1. I'm listening to the game and had no idea whatsoever that Hamilton scored another goal... I only found out when I refreshed the scoresheet. Sorkin and Bennett with the assists.
dlbalr
2-1 Bulldogs through 2. The defence was better in the 2nd as Hamilton allowed just 3 shots (compared to 13 in the 1st).
dlbalr
Dumont gets an empty netter and the Bulldogs take it 3-1. http://theahl.com/stats/game-summary.php?game_id=1013567
DON
Nice. Condon was 1st star. 4 shots for Andrighetto, good to see. 2nd goal in last 3 for Thomas, would be nice to see him show scoring touch/finish with nice shot he has. (0 for 5 on PP eh)
dlbalr
(0 for 5 on PP eh) Without Nygren as the one big shot threat from the point (and no Beaulieu this year), the PP is starting to resemble the 'at least we didn't get scored on' form from last year. BlueKross
Who all have we still got on shelf in Hamilton? Any time frame for their return?
dlbalr
Who all have we still got on shelf in Hamilton? Any time frame for their return? Tangradi (lower body) and Nygren (groin) are the regulars out. They won't play Sunday but from the sounds of things, neither injury seems to be too bad. Thrower should be out another couple of weeks (but is likely ECHL-bound when he returns). Fournier also is hurt but no one seems to know what the issue is and how long he'll be out. Given that he wouldn't be cracking the lineup anyways, I'm not all that concerned about him either.
DON
Maybe de la Rose will get his 1st today?
DON
Dietz in a early fight (not by choice after clean hit) And now Dogs scary PP going to work ( 0 for last 20, 2 for 33 on year, sweet jesus it sucks!!!!) Make that 0-for last 21 now and 5.88% overall.
dlbalr
It's nice to see Condon getting another start, he earned it.
DON
dirty Swede de la Rose takes 5minute boarding, but PK is bit better than other special team.
DON
Yippeee nother PP..sooner or later bound to get a lucky bounce you would think? OH well 0-3. I hope Hudon, Benett, de la Rose, Carr etc would make PP a bit better, maybe it will come (after the new year )?
DON
Dogs give up one in 2nd and down 0-1 Ellis fought Crisp and Sandlak drop em, more huggin than anything.5 minute major to Crisp prior to fight for boarding
DON
Andrighetto Hudon off to penalty box. Condon will need to be solid for next few minutes. Lefebvre saying nice things bout Crisp, saying he needs to work on consistancy, but is big, can skate, hit and dangerous when pissed off. miklin
PBP tends to not mention the officials by name. Second game in a row with David Banfield officiating (by himself again). We've had a history with him before. Another official who was hired due to family ties. Back in the AHL might show he was fast tracked too early to the NHL

dlbalr
2-1 is the final but Condon had another strong game at least. http://theahl.com/stats/game-summary.php?game_id=1013591
