Happy Tinner is playing some games in the AHL.

Price or not, this team will be just fine. I happy there is plenty of time for everyone to come back strong. It would be much worse if the injury bug hit in March.

Worst part about Habs vs. Jackets? Not being able to watch the SportsNet feed. The Jackets announcers are among the biggest Homers in the league, at least based on what I heard in the days when GameCenterLive would almost always only have the local US team feed.

How is that more than 2 for interference?

Ya,, I was reading about Price being out for about 20 games and only caught the slow mo.. but .. if it was vicious or reckless I'm OK with it.

So.. how we gonna do widdout the crown Price?

I don't mind the Columbus guys. Maybe it's because Centre Ice up here carries the CBJ feed but there are some much bigger homers out there I think.

I think that was one where Calvert being down for a few minutes affected the call. And because it was a 5, it's an automatic game misconduct by the rule.

Well if anyone wants to see a bad call, watch a clip of that penalty again. That was 2 for interference max. At first I thought it was a headshot and I would of been fine with the call. Shoulder to shoulder and nobody in white and black could of stepped up and said "that wasn't that dirty." If the puck didn't get batted away mid-pass, that would of been a proper timed good hit.

Now we're down a defenceman and on the PK for 5.

Perhaps the fourth line could find a temporary niche as a 'speed' line? Not many players could pull away to get that pass like Byron did and a lot of players aren't fast enough to get enough separation to make that pass like Thomas did. It's an odd trio, that's for sure.

One of the things that's really going to hurt with Emelin gone is that Markov is going to have to log major minutes now. He has been a step slower than usual the last few games and this won't help. At least Gilbert is used to playing his off-side which should help a bit.
